Elizabeth Sandifer created Eruditorum Press. She’s not really sure why she did that, and she apologizes for the inconvenience. She currently writes Last War in Albion, a history of the magical war between Alan Moore and Grant Morrison. She used to write TARDIS Eruditorum, a history of Britain told through the lens of a ropey sci-fi series. She also wrote Neoreaction a Basilisk, writes comics these days, and has ADHD so will probably just randomly write some other shit sooner or later. Support Elizabeth on Patreon.

    Great article.

The TV Comic has as much right to be considered Doctor Who as the BBC Wales series.

"proclaims himself the Wizard of Omega"

Which explains The Three Doctors. And also The Wizard of Oz.

"the strip managed to come up with the bizarre conceit that the Doctor had adventures between his trial and his actual regeneration"

Which explains The Five Doctors and The Two Doctors.

So that was the origin of "Season 6B"?

"Jamie takes ages to appear, and is the only companion other than John and Gillian that the Doctor has. Ben, Polly, Victoria, and Jamie simply don't appear in the comics."

Have a feeling that you meant Zoe at the end there.
Great article though; having never read the comics this has made a good argument for looking them up.

OK, I'll bite: what plot elements did Gareth Roberts nick from these comics?

Having just read this entry in the book, I'd like to ask the same question as Josiah above. Does anybody know what Philip is referring to?
